The living room features breathtaking mountain views, 2 couches, a 46” TV, and a gas fireplace. This space can also serve as an additional sleeping area with a full Murphy bed. From the living room, step out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, or head into the well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals to share at the 5-person dining table.

Down the hallway from the living area, you will find 2 bedrooms, providing a great separation of space for added privacy. The master bedroom is an inviting space with a king-size bed, dresser, closet, a 42” TV, and an en-suite bath featuring a double-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. Adjacent to the master is the guest bedroom, perfect for sharing, with 3 twin beds including a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin Murphy bed. Down the hallway, you'll find a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a shared bathroom with a spacious single-sink vanity and a step-in shower.

Additionally, a public transportation (TART) stop is less than a 5-minute walk away at Olympic Valley Rd at the Post Office. This bus will take you to Tahoe City, where you can connect to locations such as Northstar California Resort. Proximity to HWY 89 offers quick access to the beautiful surrounding areas, with just a 20-minute drive to Truckee and a 15-minute drive to Tahoe City. In the winter, enjoy being only a one-minute drive from Palisades Tahoe ski resort and 10 minutes from Alpine Meadows.
