You are also minutes from the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. There are portable fans located throughout the home if needed.

The new outdoor hot tub has been installed. It is located over in the common area on the Townhouse side of the complex (directly above the parking garage).

Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic.

Please note, the garage is closed for parking starting 9/14 for approximately 4 weeks.
